1. After a booking has been made and should you cancel for any reason, the initial deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE and cannot be adjusted with another service either. 

2. Payment is made in 2 PARTS. 50% on time of booking, 50% on data collection.
3. No photographs or videos will be handed over until all due payments have been paid in full.
4. After the event date if the client does not clear their remaining dues within 30 days, we will NOT be RESPONSIBLE for the data, albums, or videos.
5. If the project is delayed by the client for more than 30 days due to Pending Selection or approval of edited Album / Video, we shall DELETE all DATA without prior intimation.
6. Editing of both pictures and videos is only started after Album selection is received. Starting from the selection date, a minimum of 8 weeks is required for project completion.
7. Content on our social media is uploaded according to our self-set guidelines, and we have the right to choose which picture/video to upload.
8. We don’t provide shoot locations; all our couple shoots are done on locations which are provided (and paid) by the client.
9. If you change your shoot time slot or miss it or even want to cancel your shoot, you can be provided with a different artist for your shoot (subject to availability), but you will still be charged FULL AMOUNT for the initially booked shoot.
10. For Couple shoot we would require up to 60 minutes to do the shoot properly, if we are not given the required time the quality of the work will be affected.
11. Event coverage is for a maximum of 4 HOURS. The team shall leave the event after that, or the client can pay overtime charges to keep the team for longer (subject to teams’ availability)
12. In case of Signature Shoot cancellation due to any medical emergency or personal reasons, you will be informed in a reasonable time and offered a substitute or the option for a refund.
13. Editing is only done to an extent pictures/video remain natural; we don’t over-process our pictures/videos. Background removal and cloning is NOT included.
14. We prefer song selection for videos to be done by the client, if not we shall use songs from our own collection which can be changed one time only.
15. ZERO tolerance for misbehavior. If any of our team members are mistreated, they have the right to leave the event.
16. If you hire additional teams to cover your event/shoot, we shall not be responsible for any negative impact it has on the quality of your coverage.
17. Due to any unforeseen circumstances or act of God if your data is lost/corrupted from us after you have cleared your dues within the given time of 30 days, we shall provide the option for couple reshoot and 100% refund of Event Coverage amount.
18. If a client delays collection of albums or videos for more than 30 days, we will dispose of the albums from our end without prior intimation.
19. Changes to the videos shall only be made ONCE and within 15 days after project delivery. Once album designs are approved no changes shall be made in the printed albums.
20. After delivery of the finished product, we won’t be liable for the data after 15 days.
21. The quality of pictures and videos is greatly dependent on the venue and its lighting conditions; poor lighting condition can harm the quality which cannot be fixed in post.
